To register new tenants, please do so by going to https://naybiz.com/ and follow the simple step-by-step instructions. Please be reminded to remove/delete your old tenants before entering the new ones. We no-longer accept paper registration forms. Once you have completed your portion of the landlord registration, please remind your new tenants to look for an email (make sure they also check their spam folders) from Naybiz, so they can complete their portion of the registration process. Once registered, please have your new tenants come to the onsite office and purchase their parking permits so they don’t get towed.
